Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes the things you buy online aren’t quite what you were looking for. Therefore, We will refund your order for returns sent within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns shipped after 2 days from when they were received will be issued a store credit for seven days . All refunds will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund regardless if there was free shipping or not. Sale items are final sale.
For your convenience, we inspect all our products prior to shipping for damages and inconsistencies. We strongly advise that you check all products upon delivery before removing any tags and labels.
LOCAL PICKUP
From the time you receive an email stating your order is ready you have 24 hours to pick up. Please call our store if you are having an issue. Returns must be back within 24 hours for a full refund and 2 days for a store credit.
LOCAL delivery
If doing local delivery for an online order, returns must be returned within 24 hours of receiving. If there returned the next day the shipping comes off of the return.
RETURNS POLICY
We will accept returned item(s) only if they are in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and packaging, within the time limit mentioned above.
